6 count Lindy is similar to the East Coast Swing in rhythm and basic fundamentals: unlike East Coast it is characterized by its linear patterns, passes, turns and iconic swivel movements.
This class is a fast paced ride that teaches you to dance move like the "swing out" and gets your legs comfortable with 8 count timing.
Developing strong timing in this class will give you a greater variety of steps making you more dynamic when you hit the dance floor.

We teach a series of exercises to build counter balance, connection, and timing.
Leaders will learn to make decisions and followers will learn to be responsive. Some tiopics that are covered will be; rock-steps, kicks, triple steps, turns, passes, holds, and breaks.
