Evonne Tan...what can I say ladies and gentlemen? She's just amazing! When you walk into her presence the feeling of acceptance, comfort, and confidence wash over you and you suddenly become ready to dance. Evonne has studied jazz, modern, hip-hop, and swing. She received a BA in Biblical Studies, a BA in Philosophy, and a BA in Comparative Literature. She currently works as a full-time high school teacher teaching English, character building, ethics, college and career planning, dance, and kids (of course). What should this communicate to you, a potential private lesson student? She will meet your wherever you are at, assess your skill level with patience, and build the necessary steps needed to climb up your personal dance ladder. But wait! There's more! In addition to the basic private lesson elements, she provides an analytical yet compassionate ear and voice, working with you as a team to break down physical dance movements as well as ponder/pontificate the transcendent big questions of life, while using a plethora of figurative language. She has a limited amount of openings, is extremely busy, plays World of Warcraft, enjoys hikes and bike rides, is an Atomic Cherry Bomb dancer, manages a small stamping business, and is planing her wedding.
